HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT THE CENTER
If you're planning a trip to Bagamoyo, Tanzania, please visit the center! We welcome visitors, volunteers, and friends all the time! Please consider staying with us to volunteer some time. We are happy to have volunteers to help teach English, reading, writing, basic math, art and to assist with schoolwork. If you are an artist (visual artist or performer), please come and share your talents with the children and teachers. We are happy to assist you in finding safe, comfortable, affordable accommodation for your stay.
While visiting, you can take some time to browse the current artwork, jewelry, and postcards that are available for sale. The money made from these items goes directly back to supporting the center and the children we work with. Any purchase, large or small, is greatly appreciated. If you are looking for something specific or personal, just talk to any of the teachers. They are very talented artists and would be happy to create something special just for you or your family & friends back home.
IF YOU CAN'T VISIT......
If you're not able to make a trip to Tanzania at this time, there are plenty of other ways you can support the center.
A selection of jewelry and artwork is available for purchase and can be delivered to a range of countries. If you are interested in buying something from the center, please contact us and we can send pictures to you of things that are available.
